This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and VENNApps Inc, a Delaware corporation (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding your use of Deplotify (the “Service”).
By accessing or using Deplotify, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, VENNApps Inc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Deplotify for your internal business purposes in accordance with the Service’s documentation.

To use Deplotify, you must have a valid GitHub account and Vercel account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Certain features of Deplotify require a paid subscription. Payment terms are subject to our separate Terms of Service and billing policies. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. We process deployment webhook data solely for the purpose of delivering notifications as configured by you.
The Service, including all software, text, images, trademarks, and other content, is owned by VENNApps Inc and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service.
Deplotify integrates with third-party services including GitHub, Vercel, Discord, Slack, and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VENNAPPS INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VENNApps Inc from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of this EULA.
This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
The Service may be subject to export control laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the export and re-export of the Service.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We may update this EULA from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated EULA on our website and updating the “Last updated” date above.
